Terms & Conditions

By completing payment and booking a session, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms govern the purchase and delivery of the IllumineAds Diagnostic Session ("the Service") offered by IllumineAds ("we", "us").

The Diagnostic Session is a private, one-on-one paid media diagnostic for D2C founders. It includes:

• Access to the Complete Resource Vault (15 documents, 290+ pages of frameworks, benchmarks, and templates), delivered immediately upon booking confirmation
• A Pre-Session Intelligence Brief prepared by IllumineAds reviewing your submitted data, public-facing assets, and competitive landscape
• A Competitor Intelligence Dossier covering your top 3 competitors, delivered 24–48 hours before your session, prepared using publicly available information only
• One 60-minute live diagnostic video call
• An Execution Dossier delivered within 2 business days following the session, including a prioritised action plan, daily metrics checklist, corrective playbook, and reasoning behind every recommendation

The Service is advisory and diagnostic in nature. It does not constitute account management, ongoing consulting, or any continued engagement beyond what is listed above.

The session is available by application only. By completing payment, you confirm that you meet the following criteria:

• You are actively running paid media campaigns on at least one of: Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat
• Your monthly paid media spend is between £5,000 and £50,000 or equivalent
• You are seeking independent diagnosis, not validation of existing decisions

Misrepresentation of eligibility does not entitle you to a refund or any form of compensation.

Diagnostic Session

• The session fee is £800 (or currency equivalent as displayed at checkout)
• The fee includes the Complete Resource Vault, Pre-Session Intelligence Brief, Competitor Intelligence Dossier, the 60-minute diagnostic call, and the post-session Execution Dossier

Complete Resource Vault (Standalone)

• The Vault may be purchased separately for £250 (or currency equivalent as displayed at checkout)
• The Vault is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation as a download or by emailed access link, and constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium within the meaning of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer protection law
• To allow prospective buyers to evaluate the quality and approach of IllumineAds' work before purchasing the Vault, two complete resources — The Paid Ads Audit Checklist and The Consumer Psychology Primer for D2C — are made available free of charge on illumineads.com. These free resources are representative of the methodology, depth, and tone of the Vault, and exist specifically so that the Vault is never an unknown product to the buyer
• By proceeding with payment, and by ticking the affirmative consent checkbox presented at checkout, the Client expressly:
  • Requests immediate access to and delivery of the Vault
  • Acknowledges that, in exchange for immediate delivery, they waive their statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the UK/EU consumer protection regulations referenced above
  • Acknowledges that the Vault represents months of research, drafting, and continuous updating by IllumineAds, that it is delivered in a form which cannot be returned once accessed, and that the Vault is therefore final and non-refundable from the moment of delivery
• The waiver above is recorded by IllumineAds' payment and delivery systems and forms part of the binding contract between the Client and IllumineAds
• Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable statutory right the Client may have, including in the event that the Vault is materially defective or not delivered

Vault Credit Toward Session

• Clients who have purchased the standalone Vault are entitled to a £100 credit against the Diagnostic Session fee, payable as £700 in lieu of £800
• The credit is valid for 3 months from the date of Vault purchase. After this period the standard session fee of £800 applies
• The credit is non-transferable, may not be combined with any other discount or offer, and applies only to the Client whose name appears on the original Vault purchase receipt
• To claim the credit, the Client must reference their Vault purchase at the time of session application. Retroactive claims after booking confirmation are not generally honoured, and any exception is at the sole discretion of IllumineAds

General

• Full payment is required to confirm any booking or purchase
• Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms in full
• Any applicable taxes under Indian law are the responsibility of the Client where relevant

• The Client may request one rescheduling of their session within 15 days of the original booking date
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Failure to attend the rescheduled session forfeits the booking entirely, with no further rescheduling or refund
• IllumineAds reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of illness or emergency, in which case a replacement session will be offered at no additional cost to the Client

Upon booking confirmation, the Client will receive a structured pre-session questionnaire. This must be completed and returned at least 5 business days before the scheduled session. Failure to return the questionnaire on time may result in the session being forfeited without refund, as IllumineAds cannot complete preparation without the required information.

The diagnostic session is conducted as a private video call. The session will not be recorded by either party. The Execution Dossier delivered post-session serves as the complete written record of all findings and recommendations.

• IllumineAds will treat all business information, data, and materials shared by the Client as strictly confidential and will not share this information with any third party
• The Competitor Intelligence Dossier is prepared using publicly available information only, including ad libraries, landing pages, creative assets, and offer structure. IllumineAds makes no representations beyond this scope
• The Client agrees not to share, reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute any materials, frameworks, dossiers, or content delivered as part of the Service

All methodologies, frameworks, documents, dossiers, and materials created or shared by IllumineAds remain the sole intellectual property of IllumineAds. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use recommendations and materials internally for their own business only. No part of the Service may be reproduced, taught, resold, or redistributed in any form without prior written consent from IllumineAds.

Any breach of this clause will face legal action, including damages and injunctions, with all enforcement costs recoverable from the infringer.

The Service provides expert diagnosis and recommendations based on information available at the time of the session. IllumineAds does not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement in ROAS, revenue growth, or advertising performance. Market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and implementation quality are outside IllumineAds' control. The Client accepts full responsibility for all business decisions made following the session.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

IllumineAds reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation govern your session.
